POLICY AND GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY

Policy about quality, environment, health and safety at work
Business success of the company PAB AKRAPOVIĆ d.o.o. is based on the satisfaction and fulfilment of the expectations of our customers, business partners, end users, suppliers and of the community in which we operate, as well as our employees. The primary concern is the satisfaction of business partners with the quality and timely delivery of our products, as well as the implementation of our services in the field of:

Development and production of helmets for firefighting, industrial use and technical rescue.

At the same time, we undertake to comply with all legal and other mandatory requirements related to:

  • environment protection, health and safety,
  • planning and monitoring the conditions for the realization of production and services,
  • communication with all stakeholders; the owner, employees, suppliers and the community in which we operate
  • encouraging the participation of employee representatives in the implementation, maintenance and development of an integrated management system.

A high quality of services will be ensured by the application of an integrated Quality Management System, environmental protection, health and safety at work, based on the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

The company’s management ensures a clean, safe and healthy working environment, takes all appropriate actions to eliminate hazards and reduce risks, and regularly sets annual goals at the company level in order to enable the achievement of the general goals and policies set here.

All employees are required to:

  • continuously improve the efficiency of their actions, strictly respecting the legal and other binding requirements accepted by the company,
  • take actions to achieve the set goals, actively participate and consult in the prevention of threats to human health and safety, the occurrence of incidents, injuries and diseases related to work and environmental pollution in accordance with its responsibilities,
  • manage natural resources responsibly.

General objectives of quality, environment, health and safety at work

  • Preservation of the existing and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction level, which is always at the center of all activities in the company
  • Align products with technical specifications, customer requirements, and requirements defined by law
  • Recruit, educate and retain qualified employees
  • Constantly monitor and adopt new trends
  • Constantly improve the quality of products, with the expansion of the product range
  • Cost reduction in all business segments
  • Market expansion and confirmation of quality of the company’s services on a national and international basis
  • Maintain a clean environment and prevent pollution
  • Continuous implementation of measures / control of health and safety at work, and prevention of incidents, injuries and diseases related to work, as well as diseases caused by epidemics / pandemics
